Refund policy

We gladly accept returns of merchandise that has been purchased online from our website (www.freemanfootwear.com).

The merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, or defective to be eligible for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase. When trying on footwear, please do so on carpeted surfaces only and ensure that the shoes do not show any visible signs of wear before returning them in the original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

There is a $10.00 restocking fee per pair for all returns and exchanges. 

For orders shipped from HI, AK, or FPO/APO a $20 fee will be deducted from your refund. 

No refunds will be made for the original shipping charges.

Damages & issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. 

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions & non-returnable items:
We cannot accept returns of used, worn footwear.

We cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of items purchased from third-party retailers such as Amazon, Macy's, Shoe Carnival, etc.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
